Pearce offers a comprehensive K–5 academic program featuring rigorous literacy and mathematics instruction, hands-on science and social studies, Academically Gifted and Talent Development services, targeted intervention and enrichment, Exceptional Children and Multilingual Learner services, and robust Art, Music, PE, Good People Skills (GPS)/SEL and Media programming. Our instructional model uses student data to personalize learning while providing career exploration opportunities that excite, explore, and prepare every Patriot for the future.

At Pearce, learning and belonging extend far beyond the classroom! Students have opportunities to lead, serve, explore, and discover their passions through GO FAR, National Parks Club, Chess Club, Battle of the Books, Safety Patrol, and Student Council. Students can also take on meaningful leadership roles as Student Media Specialists, working alongside our media specialist to support our school community. Every grade level takes the stage for its own music performance each year, giving every student a chance to shine. Our students and families also come together for both a fall and spring Book Fair, service learning, career exploration experiences, and special events throughout the year. We celebrate each year with our Pearce Palooza, an exciting end-of-year celebration that brings our students, staff, families and community together and showcases the incredible spirit and Patriot pride that make Pearce such a special place to learn, lead, and belong.
